7+ years of Business Analysis experience.
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Business Analyst experience.
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and best practices.
Experience working on implementation, enhancement, and AMS/support engagements.
Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skill
