1. You lead the conversation, not just take notes in it
   You lead business discovery and solutioning, engaging senior stakeholders directly, running in-depth requirement analysis, and shaping Salesforce solutions that actually align with what the business is trying to achieve — not just what's easiest to build.

2. You turn "what they said" into "what we'll build"
   You translate business needs into well-defined user stories and functional specifications, working closely with Architects and Developers so nothing gets lost in the handoff between "here's what the client wants" and "here's what we're shipping."

3. You're the reason everyone's looking at the same picture
   You create and refine BRDs, FRDs, and process flows that give a project structure — the kind of documentation people actually reference mid-project, not the kind that gets written and forgotten.

4. You're the glue between rooms that don't naturally talk to each other
   You act as the key liaison between business teams, technical teams, and leadership, keeping projects moving and stakeholders aligned even when their priorities pull in different directions.

5. You care whether it gets used, not just whether it gets delivered
   You define and execute testing strategies, support user training, and drive adoption — because a solution that ships and then sits unused isn't really a win.

It'll be awesome if you...

• Have 5-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 4 years focused on Salesforce

• Have expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud

• Are skilled at running high-level stakeholder discussions and requirements workshops

• Have hands-on experience with business process modeling and automation

More awesome, if you have

• Led Salesforce solutioning efforts on complex, enterprise-scale implementations

• Experience with CPQ, Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Nonprofit Cloud, or MuleSoft integrations

• Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps, Agile methodologies, and enterprise-level governance frameworks
