The Senior Support Engineer is responsible for analyzing issues using Dynatrace, writing complex SQL queries, and developing scripts in Python and Shell. They will also configure alerts, create dashboards, and work with AWS services, REST APIs, and ensure overall support for retail and telecom operations.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Dynatrace - experience in analysing issue, configuring alerts, creating dashboards (minimum of 2 to 3 years)
- SQL Queries - experience in writing complex queries and working with data models (minimum of 2 to 3 years)
- Scripting/Programming - Python programming preferred, Shell scripting
- AWS - Preferred AWS Solution Architect Associate - should have knowledge around EKS, load balancers, EC2, Route 53, Multi region, Cloudwatch querying a must
- APIs - Good understanding of REST APIs and working experience with Postman/Ready API
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Good functional knowledge around Retail and Telecom
