Provide 24x7 enterprise Windows systems engineering and support: troubleshoot Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Windows Server, clustering, hardware, backups, patching, certificates and IIS; manage Azure resources and AD Connect; perform migrations, RCA for P1/P2 incidents, escalate to customers and teams, and participate in change requests outside business hours.
Must know
- Active Directory Architecture, FSMO, Trusts, replication issues, GPO troubleshooting, Sites and services
- DNS troubleshooting
- DHCP knowledge
- Windows Server core troubleshooting (Server performance analysis, BSOD,)
- Server Hardware (HP, Dell, IBM, Cisco UCS, Blade Servers) / Raid troubleshooting.
- Backup troubleshooting
- Windows cluster troubleshooting & Migration and log analysis.
- Windows patching troubleshooting
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for Major Incidents and P1/P2 cases
- Migration - DHCP\AD\File and print server.
- Certificate authority (Root CA / Subordinate CA), IIS website renewals.
- Azure resources management

Job Details:
Roles and Responsibilities
- Providing support to US & Europe customers hence communication should be crisp.
- Interact with customers, end-users and team members.
- Escalation point for lower tier technical teams
- Installation, configuration, maintenance and support for hardware, operating systems and applications
- Participation in completing customer change requests and problem ticket resolution outside of normal business hours.
