To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Senior TEM Analyst – IT located in Chennai location.

The Senior TEM Analyst will be based in Chennai. This person will be part of GNT (Global Network and Telecom) Expense Management team under Corporate IT

Reporting to the Manager, and the role involves:

What a typical day looks like:

• Should have in-depth understanding of global Telecom and Network services billing

• Experience in Telecom invoice processing or inventory management is must

• Must be proficient in Excel functions, pivots, charts and preferably Macros

• Excellent interpersonal skills with strong written and verbal communication

• Strong ability to collaborate with various internal and external teams located worldwide

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in IT or related fields.

• Min 2 - 4 years of relevant work experience in TEM (Telecom Expense Management)

• Must have experience in dealing with international carriers and billing

• Experience of working in a TEM tool is preferred.

• Telecom/Network Invoice Billing Audits

  • Monthly invoice audit

  • Dispute Handling

  • Investigation and resolution of discrepancies to maintain integrity of data

  • Address various queries and concerns raised by stakeholders and resolve them to the best of their satisfaction

• Reporting and Collaboration

  • Reporting of inventory and cost to various stakeholders

  • Assist AP team for invoice and inventory related queries

  • Collaborate with suppliers and AP team for resolving billing discrepancies, payment escalations and late fees issues
