Key Responsibilities
Project Governance & Administration
- Maintain project governance artifacts, trackers, and documentation.
- Support project initiation, planning, execution, and closure activities.
- Ensure projects comply with DXC delivery and governance processes.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Coordinate project reviews, governance meetings, and status updates.
Reporting & Dashboard Management
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly project status reports.
- Maintain project dashboards and management reports.
- Consolidate project metrics, KPIs, RAID logs, and action trackers.
- Generate executive summaries and presentations for leadership reviews.
- Monitor project health indicators and highlight areas requiring attention.
Financial Management Support
- Track project budgets, forecasts, and actual expenditures.
- Assist in revenue tracking and cost allocation activities.
- Support invoice validation, purchase order tracking, and billing processes.
- Monitor financial variances and escalate deviations.
- Maintain project financial records and documentation.
Resource Management
- Maintain resource allocation and utilization trackers.
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities for project resources.
- Track staffing requirements, vacancies, and recruitment progress.
- Coordinate timesheet compliance and resource availability reporting.
Risk, Issue & Action Tracking
- Maintain RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies) logs.
- Follow up with project teams for updates and closure actions.
- Track governance actions and ensure timely completion.
- Escalate overdue actions, risks, and critical issues.
Change & Compliance Management
- Support change request documentation and tracking.
- Ensure project records are audit-ready and compliant.
- Maintain contract, SOW, and project repository documentation.
- Support internal and external audit requests when required.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate meetings, review sessions, and governance forums.
- Prepare meeting minutes and action items.
- Liaise with project teams, finance, procurement, HR, and customers.
- Ensure timely communication of project updates and deliverables.
