Authorize and verify Trade Finance, Retail Inland, and Forex transactions for compliance with FEMA, RBI, ICC, AML/KYC and internal policies. Ensure timely transaction processing, adherence to TATs, support branches, manage operational controls, assist audits, and maintain regulatory knowledge.
- The Sr. Executive - Forex CPC is responsible for authorizing Trade Finance, Retail Inland and Forex transactions processed through the Centralized Trade Processing Cell.
- The role ensures accurate transaction authorization, adherence to internal policies, FEMA/RBI regulations, ICC guidelines, operational controls and service standards while supporting business units and branches across the Bank.
- Authorize Trade Finance, Retail Inland, and Forex transactions in accordance with approved policies, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines.
- Verify trade transactions to ensure compliance with FEMA, RBI, ICC, AML, and internal policy requirements.
- Ensure adherence to defined TATs and service standards across all products handled by the unit.
- Execute transaction authorization with due diligence to prevent operational losses, errors, and missed transactions.
- Provide timely support to branches and stakeholders for resolution of Trade and Forex-related queries.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with operational controls, risk management, and governance requirements.
- Support internal, concurrent, external, and regulatory audits and ensure timely closure of observations.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes, AML/KYC requirements, and Trade Finance practices through continuous learning and certification programs through e-learning course modules.
Experience: 3 - 5 years
Qualification: Graduation/ Post‑Graduation (Any specialization)
Trade IIBF certification preferable
