Responsibilities
- Increase sales volumes, achieve, and possibly overachieve the sales targets on his/her territory in respect of PKI strategy.
- Sell the company’s products or services directly to end-users.
- Provides quality service to PerkinElmer’s internal and external.
- customers in all assigned tasks, while upholding PerkinElmer’s Values at all times
- Develops and maintains territory coverage plan with designated territory team.
- Sell the company’s products or services directly to end-users.
- Reviews his own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
- Attends team meeting and shares best practice with colleagues.
- Provides quality service to PerkinElmer’s internal and external customers in all assigned tasks, while always upholding PerkinElmer’s Values
- Achieves assigned sales quotas by maximizing promotion and sales activity of PerkinElmer’s products.
- Consultative sales and promotion of products within customer segments in assigned territory.
- Develops and maintains territory coverage plan with designated territory.
- Sets targets and review for all direct reporters in consultation with DGMSales.
- Succession planning of directs.
- Communicates regularly with all members of assigned territory team.
- Market development activities: Focus on development and maintenance of key accounts, regional reference sites
- Frequents market feedback on products, competition and market conditions to Product Marketing
- Develops and maintains territory specific information relative to competitors and distributors in the market mix.
- Actively probes for all PerkinElmer’s products and refer leads to the appropriate sales representative.
- Generates ideas that contribute to territory, business unit, company mission and profitability.
- Close sales opportunities and regularly updating Sales Force Dot Com.
- Develops and implements the business plan in region.
Basic Qualifications
Education: Any graduate/postgraduate preferably Science
Required work experience related to position: 8+ years.

- Strong closing skills. Prior attendance at formal sales training courses a plus.

- Working knowledge of healthcare, and environmental market segments within assigned territory.
- Demonstrated record of achievement in prior sales position.
