Strategist
The Strategist partners with our Client Success teams to craft and implement marketing, analytics, and technology strategies to advance our clients’ significant business needs and objectives. The strategy team hones in on our clients' core objectives and delivers a strategic vision to achieve their plans. Are you energetically curious? Do you like to brainstorm new avenues / approaches? What you’ll do:
- Participate on cross-functional teams and practice areas to seamlessly develop and implement strategies.
- Collect and analyze a variety of data to create strategic recommendations for our clients.
- Craft presentations featuring supporting research, analyses, results, and key insights to ensure client happiness and engagement.
- Support ongoing programs to drive continuous improvement - proposing recommendations for existing strategies/execution plans to better meet clients’ business needs.
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s/Graduate degree from an accredited university with ~1 year of working experience (or an internship or two) preferred.
- Verbal and written communication skills are needed for the job.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Consistent record to develop client-ready presentation with logical storyboarding techniques.
- Develop and maintain a deep understand of the client's business situation and deploy a high-level of problem-solving capabilities, organization and attention to detail.
- Experience or knowledge in client industries such as automotive, financial services, healthcare, consumer & industrial products and life sciences.
- Prior experience in strategy development, execution and data analysis, as well as working in a team-based setting are a plus.
- Background in Management Consulting/Marketing/Digital Strategy.
- Strategy development experience, using data/research to build a case and solution.
