The position
We are currently looking for a Technical Operations Specialist in Network technologies, within the Infrastructure division. The team reports directly to the Head of Infrastructure and Cloud services, and is dedicated to develop strategies, designing and defining new architecture and ensuring implementations across all commercial functions in HBK.
Our new Technical Operations Specialist in Network technologies will be responsible for configuring and maintaining the configuration, security, governance and implementation of the HBK WAN/LAN and WiFi Network globally across all business units. This is a strategic focus area in HBK, and will be key to the offerings from global IT to a ever developing and demanding business.

You understand legacy technologies, but what drives you is the new services and features within Cloud and Service orientation to be a success.
Primary responsibilities
You will take on a very diverse role with a challenging, dynamic and rewarding day-to-day set of responsibilities.
In this role, you can expect to:
Work deeply with FortiGate and Aruba services and features
Handle legacy infrastructure based on Cisco
Be responsible for implementing the Network Solution, Design and Delivery for a hybrid-cloud environment in corporation with the C&I Network Architect.
Evaluate and select appropriate software or hardware and suggest in accordance to IT strategy.
Build and maintain Network solutions for to support hybrid cloud platforms (on-prem, off-prem, dedicated cloud)
Ensure that we adopt the right transformation tools, governance and operation methods
Professional qualifications
3-5 years technical experience from either operation or architecture within a IT function.
Hands-on experience from implementing enterprise-scale core infrastructure network components
Skilled in Security methods and architecture of the network
Personal skills
Excellent Technical skills on Aruba
An “Own it” attitude, seeking to solve problems before they occur
