The Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager is responsible for driving sales growth of LV/MV switchgear products and solutions by identifying business opportunities, developing customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets. The role involves working closely with consultants, EPC contractors, panel builders, OEMs, distributors, and end-users to promote the company's switchgear portfolio.

Qualifications- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories.
- Generate enquiries and convert opportunities into orders.
- Develop relationships with consultants, EPCs, OEMs, system integrators, channel partners, and end customers.
- Drive sales of switchgear products including ACBs, MCCBs, MCBs, Contactors, Protection Relays, Busbar Systems, and Power Distribution Solutions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Conduct regular customer visits and technical presentations.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate technical-commercial solutions.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
