About this role:
The Test Engineer position is responsible for building, executing, and automating test cases based on test plans and functional requirements across our products.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Strong understanding of testing principles, all types of Black/Grey Box testing
- 2-4 years hands-on experience in mobile app testing on both iOS and Android platforms.
- Knowledge of Test management tools like JIRA, QC etc.
- Experience in automating mobile app on both iOS/Android platforms using Appium.
- Experience in automating web application across multiple platforms using test automation tools/frameworks such as Selenium, TestNG, Cucumber and JUnit/NUnit etc.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, Swift, or Kotlin.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Good Knowledge of SQL.
- Experience in Performance testing and tools like JMETER is a plus.
Who you are
- B.E./B. Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant professional experience
- 2-4 years of experience in an IT or Business environment testing highly scalable applications
- Excellent communication skills interacting with technical and business audiences.
- Any Testing/Automation certification is a plus.
