Lead end-to-end QA delivery in an Agile environment through manual, functional, and automated testing. Identify opportunities to apply GenAI, AI agents, and AI-assisted workflows to improve test design, test case generation, defect analysis, and quality engineering productivity.
Required Skills Seeking an experienced QA Lead (Hybrid Manual & Automation) with 10-12 years of strong expertise in functional testing, test management, and automation to lead end-to-end QA delivery in an Agile environment. Strong experience in manual/functional testing and QA leadership. Excellent analytical, risk assessment, and problem-solving skills. Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery models.
