  1. Manage trade Operations - Forex / Inland / Capital Account, Acquisitions transactions. 
  2. Responsible for compliance, people, processes, SOP, system interface improvements and customer delivery. 
Responsibilities
  1. Manage day to day activities. Ensure error free transaction processing flow, within agreed Turnaround time.  Effective AML checks are done on transactions as per agreed guidelines.  
  2. Review the TAT & Productivity with Department Head and Business Head on improvement in service delivery.  
  3. Contribute towards standardization of process and improvement in TAT & Productivity.  
  4. Continuous engagement in improvement of process and risk management.  
  5. Interaction with legal, credit team on the requirement to complete transaction.   
  6. Updation of latest RBI circular or notification or FEMA guidelines and ensure SOP is updated and the team is informed on the change to ensure compliance.
  7. Customer Service - As trade is document intrinsic, liaison with stake holders / customers on the curing of deficiency in documents.   
  8. Responsive and quick to resolve internal/external customer issues. Customer complaints are addressed in priority.
  9. Transactional exceptions are adequately approved as per Bank policy. Daily reports are checked to ensure controls are maintained.
  10. Follow up transaction viz IDPMS / EDPMS/ ODI, FDI transactions, which are critical and regulatory are done strictly with escalation to appropriate authorities to ensure there is no adverse feedback from RBI.  
  11. Must ensure internal and external reporting pertaining to Operations are done timely and accurately.
  12. Good knowledge on UCP 600, ISBP, URR and URC.
Qualifications

Experience: 10 to 15 years

Qualifications:
Graduation (Any Specialization)
Post Graduation (Any Specialization) 
CDCS qualification preferable 
Trade IIBF certification JAIIB/CAIIB
