Cprime is seeking a detail-oriented UX Designer to seamlessly translate user journeys into actionable wireframes and collateral for our growing product base. This role focuses on translating user needs into intuitive and engaging experiences, ensuring clarity and usability at every touchpoint. The ideal candidate has strong skills in creating user flows and wireframes, with optional experience in sitemap design.
** This person will be working overlapping US Hours and will work 11pm to 7:30pm IST in our Chennai office onsite.
What you will do:
- Design user journeys that align with user needs and business objectives.
- Create wireframes and low-fidelity prototypes to communicate design concepts.
- Collaborate with UX Strategists and cross-functional teams to align project goals.
- Conduct usability testing to refine wireframes and optimize the user experience.
- Ensure all designs adhere to accessibility and usability standards.
- Optional: Assist in the creation or refinement of website sitemaps.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in a role like this. The ideal candidate has experience as a UX Designer, Interaction Designer or equivalent.
- Proven experience in UX design with a strong portfolio showing experience in crafting user journeys and wireframes.
- Knowledge of usability principles and user-centered design best practices.
- Strong communication skills to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively.
- Ability to balance user needs with business goals in creating effective designs.
What will give you a step up:
- Familiarity with sitemap creation or related strategic planning tasks.
- Experience using standard collaboration tools such as Miro, FigJam, or Mural
- Competent in creating wireframes and prototypes in Figma
- Familiarity with user testing tools such as Lookback, User Testing, Hotjar, G-Suite and Microsoft Suite
- Comfortable with Confluence, Jira, or Asana for documentation and project tracking
