About the Role:
 

as a VRF project engineer you would be working on executing VRF/VRV HVAC projects from installation through commissioning and handover, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and project timelines while delivering excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 7 to 10 years of experience working in VRF Systems

  • Manage installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of VRF systems.

  • Coordinate with customers, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

  • Supervise site activities, subcontractors, and material management.

  • Ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and OEM guidelines.

  • Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and documentation.

  • Resolve technical issues and provide regular project status updates.

  • Conduct system testing, performance verification, and customer training.
     

Skill Set Required

  • Understanding of HVAC Fundamentals, Psychrometry & Refrigeration Cycle

  • VRF Installation, Testing & Commissioning

  • Awareness of Refrigerant Piping & installation Best Practices

  • Knowledge of Controls & BMS Integration

  • Experience in Troubleshooting

  • Expertise in providing training to channel partners/Installers

  • Customer Communication

  • Vendor & Stakeholder Management

  • Technical Report Writing
