Use Outreach, Clay, and CRM to research, engage, nurture leads, and hand off qualified opportunities to Account Executives while collaborating on market insights and prospecting strategies.

Provide front-line technical support by diagnosing customer issues, reproducing bugs, reading MERN codebase, analyzing logs and AWS metrics, collaborating with engineering to fix and verify issues, and proactively monitoring system health.

Drive revenue through proactive prospecting, manage full sales cycle, deliver technical product demonstrations, collaborate with product/technical teams, and optimize sales processes and CRM to close qualified deals.
