Manage author publishing projects from planning through delivery. Responsibilities include maintaining project plans, tracking deliverables, resolving cross-functional issues, managing scope and changes, monitoring performance, preparing status reports, and communicating daily with authors and internal teams to ensure projects meet industry standards.

Consult with registered authors to identify and qualify sales opportunities, maintain relationships via phone, record and report lead information to sales, track and exceed targets, provide market trend feedback, and propose solutions to identified problems.

Manage relationships with authors via phone and email, act as liaison between authors and company, negotiate, meet and exceed targets, identify problems and implement solutions, and drive customer-focused growth.
