Schedules training sessions, coordinates trainers and participants, manages LMS enrolments and course assignments, updates learning materials, tracks attendance and completion, maintains training records, collects feedback, and prepares basic training reports. The role also supports learners and requires strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Assists with configuring and managing firewalls, VPNs, routers, switches, load balancers, and other network security devices. Monitors network performance, availability, resource utilization, and capacity. Supports maintenance, patching, upgrades, troubleshooting, and resolution of network and security issues alongside senior engineers. Requires a relevant bachelor’s degree, mandatory CCNA certification, foundational networking and cybersecurity knowledge, analytical skills, and strong communication.

Serves as the technical lead for cybersecurity sales engagements by gathering client requirements, architecting tailored security solutions, conducting PoCs and demonstrations, and supporting proposals, RFPs, and RFIs. Collaborates with sales and technology partners, translates complex security concepts for technical and business audiences, identifies solution opportunities, and stays current with cybersecurity trends and products. The role also includes team management and customer-site travel as needed.
