Entry-level AR Caller role supporting US healthcare revenue cycle management. Responsibilities include managing claim denials, rejections, underpayments, and information requests; contacting insurance companies by phone and payer websites; verifying claim status; investigating denial explanations; and preparing appeal packets. Candidates should understand basic RCM and US healthcare processes, communicate effectively, analyze problems, and work night shifts. Freshers are welcome, while international voice process, customer support, or BPO experience is preferred.

Leads medical coding teams, ensuring compliance with ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, and DRG standards. Oversees coding audits, quality assurance, productivity and accuracy metrics, process improvements, automation, workflow optimization, stakeholder collaboration, and coder training. Requires extensive medical coding expertise, senior leadership experience, people management, and strong communication skills.

Generates leads and develops relationships with healthcare payers, providers, TPAs, and managed care organizations. Conducts outbound outreach, qualifies prospects, schedules meetings, supports proposals and presentations, maintains CRM records, tracks outreach performance, follows up after meetings, and monitors healthcare market trends to identify opportunities.
