The Client Experience team plays a pivotal role in collaborating with business development and account managers throughout the client’s journey. The function of Client Experience is to guarantee that our clients receive the utmost value and satisfaction from our products and services. 

As an experienced Client Training Associate , you will collaborate with the Client Training Consultant team to deliver engaging and effective training sessions on our product. Your role includes providing ongoing support and feedback to clients, helping them achieve their learning goals and maximize satisfaction. You will work closely with the product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure training content aligns with product features, client needs, and best practices. Additionally, you will participate in support processes to understand client needs and inform training requirements. Your insights from training activities will contribute to the continuous improvement of our product support processes and procedures.

Your key responsibilities as a Client Training Associate will include:

  • Work closely with the Client Training Team to design and develop training materials, such as manuals, videos and FAQs, using various tools and platforms. 
  • Conduct live and recorded training sessions for clients on how to use our products, covering topics such as installation, configuration, functionality, troubleshooting, and updates. 
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the training sessions and materials, using surveys and feedback forms. 
  • Maintain and update the training content, ensuring that it is accurate, relevant, and engaging. 
  • Collaborate with our internal teams to understand the product features, the client needs, and the best practices. 
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the product adoption and training fields. 

You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Client Training Associate:

  • You will have a bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • You will have a minimum 2 years of experience in a role that involves delivering training programs, preferably for software products including co-ordination and interaction with international (UK/US) business users via different mode of communication.
  • You will ideally have an excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • You should be proficient in using various tools and platforms for creating and delivering training content such as Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, and video editing software. 
  • You will have a general knowledge of the financial domain and specifically, fund data is an added advantage​
