Rocketlane runs multiple communities that bring together leaders from customer onboarding, professional services, and delivery operations. preflight is a 3000+ member space for onboarding and cs leaders. ps club is a peer network for professional services executives. Rocketlane guild is a closed community for our customers. the frontline forum brings together forward deployed engineers building the next generation of delivery teams.

The goal of these communities is simple. to create places where learning, relationships, and ideas compound over time. This role owns that charter. The community lead builds and nurtures these ecosystems with intent. The work is not about scale. It is about creating high touch, personal experiences that help people connect, learn, and grow together. Every action should add value to members with no expectation of return.

You will work closely with the founder and the marketing team to strengthen and grow these communities and shape how rocketlane shows up in the broader ecosystem.

What you will do?

  • Own the roadmap, programming, and health of all rocketlane communities

    Engage members directly through onboarding, outreach, and follow-ups

    Plan and host online and offline events including local huddles and the annual propel and ps club gatherings

  • Translate learnings from the community into insights, content, and programs for marketing

  • Maintain quality and relevance in every interaction, post, and event

  • Identify and support emerging voices, speakers, and advocates within the network

  • Measure health through participation, retention, and engagement quality

    experiment with new formats that strengthen relationships and learning

You should apply if

  • 0 to 3 years in community, events, or content roles

  • Strong communication and writing skills

  • Ability to build trust and relationships quickly

  • Organized, self-driven, and comfortable working across many threads

  • Hands-on mindset with focus on doing what does not scale

  • Bonus: experience with b2b, SAAS, or leadership communities

  • Members consistently engage, share, and return

  • Community discussions surface insights that inform content and product direction

    each community grows through credibility and word of mouth
