The role involves supporting the sales process through order tracking, payment follow-ups, customer interactions, and record maintenance while promoting new products.

Responsibilities:- Sales and Purchase order ( domestic and International)
- Purchase tracking and sales tracking to reach destination place
- Payment follow ups ( customer and suppliers)
- New project follow ups ( customer and development team)
- Follow with CHA and forwarder for custom clearance
- New customer & vendor creation request and follow the proper document.
- New customer generate with new order
- Promote the new product and selling the existing stock
- SEZ & other major product forecast maintenance – based on re order level will place the order to Production.
- Customer other quarry solving like NOC , ledger statement, etc…
- Sample tracking ( New development)
- Purchase activities – PO request , forwarder request, shipment document request, etc…
- Record maintenance- Import & Export document , Vendor & Customer document, test reports
- Graduate in any discipline with 2-3 years of relevant exprience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tool
