Supports technical solution development by applying business and technology knowledge under guidance. Helps define customer and partner requirements, identify risks, resolve issues, and promote adoption of cloud and AI technologies. Contributes to assigned projects, develops intellectual property knowledge, and collaborates with customers, researchers, faculty, peers, and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Contributes by leveraging knowledge of business requirements to successfully offer technical input and solution offerings.
- Uses technology knowledge to define customer/partner requirements and constraints, with direction/guidance.
- Develops knowledge in intellectual property (IP) and leverages IP to complete assigned project tasks. Communicates areas that need refreshing or gaps in intellectual property.
- Identifies issues and risks and engages with customers/partners or internal stakeholders (e.g., Project Managers) as appropriate to address and resolve issues.
- Identifies opportunities to expand or accelerate the adoption and consumption of the cloud and AI technologies.
- Seeks to understand relationships with customers/partners/stakeholders and contribute to the drivers of satisfaction, dissatisfaction, and the root cause.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing BE/B.Tech Degree in Computer Science/IT/ECE/Mech/EEE or related field
- Must have at least 1 semester/term remaining following the completion of the internship
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with capacity to learn new concepts and tools quickly.
- Basic familiarity with coding, AI and or willingness to learn under guidance.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with faculty, researchers, and peers.
- Ability to work both independently and in teams, manage time well, and meet agreed timelines in a full-time setup.
- Enrolment in or completion of a relevant undergraduate program (such as Computer Science, Engineering, Sciences, or related fields) is preferred.
- Comfort with using common productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., office suites, online communication platforms, version control or shared document tools) is an advantage.
- Demonstrated interest in research, technology development, or academic projects through coursework, personal projects, or prior internships is beneficial.
