Manage and troubleshoot enterprise LAN, WAN, VLAN, wireless, routing, switching, firewall, authentication, and IT/OT network environments. Configure switches and access points, resolve critical incidents, perform upgrades and backups, coordinate with vendors and SOC teams, support audits and cybersecurity hardening, and provide project status updates. The role also supports telepresence, video conferencing, change management, and network implementation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer LAN, WAN, VLAN, SD Access, Wireless, ClearPass, and ISE environments
- Monitor enterprise network infrastructure and provide immediate resolution for critical issues
- Perform troubleshooting across uplink, port, endpoint, IT, and OT network environments
- Handle onboarding and configuration of switches and access points
- Manage user authentication, Active Directory integrations, and access control activities
- Troubleshoot Aruba WLC, SSID connectivity, and wireless-related issues
- Perform routing-level troubleshooting involving BGP, ISIS, LISP, and VRF
- Configure and troubleshoot firewall policies and coordinate with firewall vendors
- Manage firmware upgrades, patches, backups, and change management activities
- Coordinate with OEM vendors for hardware replacement and advanced troubleshooting
- Support audits, cybersecurity hardening, and compliance activities
- Participate in daily operational meetings and provide project/network status updates
- Support telepresence and video conferencing infrastructure operations
- Coordinate with SOC teams and support network-related project implementations
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Electronics, IT, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise networking and NOC operations
- Strong hands-on experience in VLAN, SD Access (SDA), LAN/WAN administration
- Aruba certification or networking certification from reputed organizations preferred
- Experience with Aruba ClearPass, Cisco ISE, Aruba WLC, and wireless environments
- Strong troubleshooting skills in routing and switching technologies
- Good understanding of firewall management and network security
- Experience in Active Directory integration and user access management
- Knowledge of BGP, ISIS, LISP, VRF, and enterprise routing concepts
- Familiarity with ITIL/change management processes
- Strong communication and coordination skills
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of shell scripting or automation tools
- Exposure to cybersecurity hardening practices
- Experience supporting IT & OT network environments
- Experience in large enterprise or manufacturing environments
