What Makes This Role Great:

In this role, you will have a massive impact by driving advanced technical standards and modern engineering workflows. You will champion agentic development practices to rapidly prototype solutions and maintain architectural integrity across complex, full-stack systems. Working from our Chennai office, you will directly influence enterprise patterns and serve as a vital mentor and collaborative pillar for the wider engineering community.
 

Key Exciting Responsibilities
  • Systems Design: Assist with scalable architectural designs and ensure robust implementation patterns.

  • Agentic Development: Manage large-scale context in Cursor (using .cursorrules) to ensure AI-generated code adheres to enterprise patterns, and use agentic tools to rapidly build and iterate on high-level technical designs and proofs-of-concept.

  • Advanced Observability: Identify performance bottlenecks efficiently using Profilers, Memory Dumps, and APM tools like New Relic.

  • Impact & Collaboration: Build technical consensus across multiple teams and act as a key knowledge resource for the engineering community.
     

Essential Skills & Experience
  • Advanced .NET Mastery: Deeply proficient in C#, ASP.NET Core, and modern Web APIs.

  • Modern Frontend: Proficient in React development and Micro Frontend (MFE) architecture.

  • Testing Excellence: Proficient experience in Unit & Integration test automation.

  • Cross-Disciplinary Knowledge: In-depth understanding of critical related domains such as Security or Performance Engineering.
     

Bonus Points For:
  • High-Fidelity Testing: Intermediate knowledge of testing methodologies, including data-flow analysis and comprehensive use-case coverage.

  • Advanced Observability: Prior hands-on troubleshooting using production-level application performance monitoring tools.
