We are currently seeking a Logistics Analyst to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Logistics Analyst at ICON, you will play a vital role in optimizing the supply chain and logistics processes to ensure efficient and timely delivery of materials for clinical trials. You will analyze data, develop strategies, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance logistics performance and support clinical operations globally.
What You Will Be Doing:- Reviewing logistics data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvements.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of clinical trial materials.
- Developing and implementing strategies to optimize supply chain and logistics operations.
- Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to shipping, warehousing, and inventory management to drive operational efficiency.
- Providing detailed reports and recommendations to senior management on logistics performance and improvement areas.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Experience in logistics analysis, supply chain management, or a related role, preferably in a clinical or pharmaceutical setting.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and logistics software.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a focus on optimizing processes.
- Effective communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams and with external partners.
