We are seeking a highly motivated Supplier Quality Engineer to join our Quality Team on a full-time basis:
Major Responsibilities:
- Responsible to develop Supplier Quality Management.(ISO-9001 / IATF 16949)
- Responsible for Problem Solving & Corrective Actions.
- Support incoming material quality inspections and containment activities when required.
- Responsible Supplier Development
- Drive continuous improvement projects with suppliers.
- Support process capability improvement initiatives.
- Provide technical guidance to suppliers regarding quality expectations and process controls.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Procurement, Manufacturing, Engineering, R&D, and Operations teams.
- Participate in new product development and supplier selection activities.
- Support customer audits and quality system certifications.
- Supplier PPM Reduction & Supplier Audit Compliance
- Established the OEM models Process documents (PPAP) & Conduct Process capability study (SPC) for special characteristics.

- Academic/Professional Education: B.E / B. Tech Mech & Electrical & Electronics with 8+ years of experience in NPD, In-process and Customer Quality from EMS industry
- Relevant Experience: 8+ years of experience in Handling SQA, NPD QA & Customer complaints Analysis.
