have a deep understanding of the technology staffing industry, proven experience working
with System Integrators (SIs) and Global Capability Centers (GCCs), and a strong track
record of managing recruitment teams to meet client requirements effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership and Management
Lead and mentor a team of recruiters specializing in technology staffing.
Set team goals, monitor performance, and provide coaching to achieve recruitment
targets.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
Client Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent service delivery.
Work closely with System Integrators (SIs) and GCCs to understand their technology
staffing needs.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
Recruitment Process Management
Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for technology roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies for niche technology skillsets.
Ensure quality hires within agreed timelines while maintaining compliance with client
SLAs.
Strategic Planning and Execution
Develop staffing strategies aligned with client requirements and industry trends.
Leverage market insights to advise clients and internal stakeholders on hiring plans.
Continuously optimize recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Market and Technology Insights
Stay updated on technology trends, emerging skills, and market dynamics in the IT staffing
space.
Use data-driven insights to refine sourcing strategies and recruitment approaches.
Operational Excellence
Ensure adherence to all policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and client
satisfaction.
Manage recruitment budgets and resources effectively to meet operational goals.
Candidate Experience and Employer Branding
Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Collaborate with marketing and HR teams to strengthen the company's employer brand in

Requirements
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business
Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
7+ years of experience in technology staffing or contingent staffing, preferably within an
agency setup.
Strong experience working with SIs and GCCs, managing large-scale technology hiring.
Proven track record of managing recruitment teams and achieving targets.
Skills:
Deep understanding of IT roles, skills, and technologies across various domains.
Strong sourcing, interviewing, and talent assessment capabilities for technology roles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
