We are looking for a results-driven Regional Sales Manager to develop new business and expand market presence across an assigned territory. The role will focus on lead generation, territory management, customer relationship building, product demonstrations, commercial negotiations, and closing new business.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B healthcare sales, with the ability to engage with radiologists, diagnostic centre owners, hospital management, and other healthcare decision-makers. This is a field-oriented role requiring regular travel across the assigned territory, approximately 10 days per month.


Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through proactive prospecting, lead generation, and market development.
  • Identify and engage potential customers across hospitals, diagnostic centres, radiology practices, and healthcare organisations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with radiologists, hospital management, diagnostic centre owners, and other healthcare stakeholders.
  • Conduct product presentations, solution demonstrations, and customer meetings.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate healthcare technology solutions.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue objectives, and territory growth goals.
  • Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies.
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, commercial documents, and contracts.
  • Lead pricing discussions, commercial negotiations, and contract closures.
  • Build, manage, and continuously improve the sales pipeline.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales forecasts and updates.
  • Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
  • Work closely with senior management and internal teams to execute regional sales strategies.
  • Travel extensively within the assigned territory to meet customers, prospects, and business partners.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • 3–8 years of experience in B2B healthcare sales or business development.
  • Strong experience in field sales and territory management.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
  • Strong lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline-building capabilities.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and senior decision-makers.
  • Strong business development and customer relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
