Salary range: Rs 500000 - Rs 800000 (ie INR 5 - 8 LPA)

Location: Delhi-NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata

We are looking for a results-driven Regional Sales Manager to develop business and expand our presence across the assigned territory. The role involves lead generation, customer relationship management, product demonstrations, negotiations, and closing new business.

The role will involve working with radiologists, diagnostic centre owners, hospital management, and other healthcare decision-makers. Regular field travel across the assigned territory is required, approximately 10 days per month.


RequirementsKey Responsibilities
  • Generate new business through proactive prospecting and lead generation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, diagnostic centres, radiologists, and healthcare decision-makers.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives.
  • Manage and develop the assigned territory.
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contracts.
  • Build and manage the sales pipeline and provide regular forecasts.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Work closely with management to execute territory sales strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–8 years of experience in B2B healthcare sales/business development.
  • Strong field sales and territory management experience.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong lead generation and prospecting skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Preferred Experience

Experience in any of the following will be an advantage:

PACS | RIS | Teleradiology | DICOM | Radiology | Medical Imaging | Healthcare IT | Hospital Software | Medical Devices | Diagnostic Equipment

Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Zoho or Salesforce is also preferred.
