In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders, drive clarity in requirements, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality Salesforce solutions that align with business goals.

Here’s what you’ll do:

You uncover and shape business needs You engage with stakeholders and clients to conduct detailed discovery sessions, gather requirements, and ensure a clear understanding of business objectives. You also facilitate workshops and align requirements with overall business goals.

You translate requirements into actionable solutions You convert business needs into well-defined user stories, BRDs, and functional documentation, and translate them into executable tasks for development teams.

You bring structure and clarity to projects You create business process flows, impact analysis documents, and solution designs to ensure efficiency and scalability. You also maintain project documentation and service request trackers.

You collaborate across teams You work closely with Developers, Admins, and Project Managers, acting as the bridge between business and technical teams. You actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure smooth execution.

You ensure quality and usability You design UAT test scripts, support testing cycles, manage UAT sessions, and handle issue triage to ensure high-quality deliverables and smooth user adoption.

You drive delivery and stakeholder alignment You manage client interactions including meetings, demos, and expectation setting, ensuring consistent communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

You enable effective communication You build strong stakeholder relationships, manage expectations, and clearly articulate both technical and non-technical concepts.

You stay ahead of the curve You keep up with Salesforce updates, cloud products, industry trends, and emerging tools (including AI for BA activities) to continuously enhance solution quality.

It’s great if you:
  • Have strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills

  • Are experienced in requirement gathering, BRD creation, and user story writing

  • Can translate functional requirements into executable tasks

  • Have hands-on experience with UAT test script creation and execution

  • Have experience conducting client meetings, demos, and workshops

  • Are comfortable managing UAT sessions and issue triage discussions

  • Have experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and participating in ceremonies

  • Are proficient in stakeholder management and client-facing interactions

  • Have experience with business process mapping and tools like Lucidchart

  • Are proactive, accountable, and driven in your approach

Technical expectations:
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce fundamentals and cloud-based products

  • Familiarity with Salesforce testing practices

  • Experience with project management tools and maintaining trackers

  • Exposure to AI tools used in Business Analyst workflows

Even better if you:
  • Have experience in solutioning and designing scalable Salesforce implementations

  • Are familiar with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud

  • Have worked with Marketing Cloud, Pardot, CPQ, or Nonprofit Cloud

  • Have knowledge of Agile methodologies and Salesforce DevOps practices

Experience: 4–6 years as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years of experience working on Salesforce projects.
