Support Saviynt IGA operations by resolving L2 tickets, onboarding applications, configuring access certification campaigns, supporting production incidents, documenting SOPs, and automating repetitive tasks. The role requires shift-based support, collaboration with service desk teams, continuous service improvement, and upskilling toward L3 support and minor enhancements.
Role Summary
The Security Analyst should work as a support analyst for the Saviynt IGA solution, key delivery outcomes expected from this role are:
• Analyze and resolve L2 tickets
• Application Onboarding – Standard pattern of applications leveraging out of the box connectors
• Access certification campaign – Configure and support access review and remediation process for connected and disconnected applications to improve adoption and compliance posture.
• Create SOPs for L1 service desk team handling Identity provisioning tickets
• Support production incidents, restore the service availability within SLA targets
• Automate assigned manual repetitive tasks, tickets, process gaps. To improve productivity and efficiency.
• Flexible working in shifts as per roster rotation.
• Up-skilling in Saviynt to handle L3 and minor enhancements
• Complete Saviynt certification
Beyond the above outcomes, deliver continuous service improvements to automate the manual L1/1.5 tasks.
Requirements
Education Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree: BE degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
Years of Experience: 2-5 years
3 years of relevant Saviynt operations support experience is mandatory.
Basic Qualifications:
• 2-5 years of experience in IGA solution Saviynt. Other IGA solutions like SailPoint, Oracle Identity Manager experience is acceptable, but Saviynt experience (minimum 3 years) is mandatory.
• Working in shift model as per roster rotation strategy
• Team collaboration, Effective communication and Flexibility to work as per project demands
Technical Skills:
• Hands-on operations support experience in IGA (Saviynt). L2 tickets, App Onboarding, Access certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Saviynt Operations support experience.
• Java development experience
