Senior Country Business Management Office - Business Manager - Associate
As a Business Manager in the Philippines Senior Country Business Management Office, you will work closely with the Senior Country Business Manager to lead legal entity-wide projects and initiatives. You will help maintain an appropriate infrastructure and control environment that meets business, regulatory, and audit requirements, acting as a key interface for governance and control matters. You will support the Senior Country Business Manager and Senior Country Officer in researching and implementing business opportunities that enhance the value and profile of the firm’s franchise in Philippines.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide a high level of responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysis
- Organize complex information in a strategic and compelling way, demonstrating strong design acumen and expertise in Excel and PowerPoint techniques
- Project manage and deliver key work streams and tasks
- Identify key business risks on the platform and drive resolution of mitigating controls
- Support audit, regulatory and compliance deliverables
- Coordinate team activities and prepare materials for town halls, employee recognition, and strategy working sessions
- Collect and maintain internal resources and documentation on collaboration sites such as SharePoint
- Participate in collaborative initiatives with team members and global managers, looking for ways to continually simplify, improve, and add value to existing business processes
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or other related area
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business management, chief operating office, chief administrative office, finance, or strategy-related role
- Proven experience and exposure in implementing regulatory, legal and government requirements
- Demonstrated ability in dealing with different stakeholder groups and driving the agenda
- Excellent written and oral communication skills , organization and project management skills
- Intermediate to advanced level ability expected in all MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables) and working knowledge of AI tools sufficient to deliver high quality presentations and/or reporting
- Attention to detail is a must with continuous focus on design excellence
- Team player and self-motivated
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Experience in governance and controls within a large corporate environment
- Familiarity with audit, regulatory, and compliance processes
- Leadership in cross-functional or regional projects
- Experience in managing annual budgeting cycles and aligning projections with strategic priorities
- Ability to build and manage stakeholder networks across multiple functions
- Experience in workplace enhancement and operational effectiveness initiatives
