Job Description:
• Lead and drive the Software QA lifecycle in an Agile environment
• Analyze requirements, enhancements, and defect fixes to identify testing scope and risks
• Design and maintain test plans, test cases, test data, and traceability matrices
• Develop and execute UI, functional, integration, regression, and non-functional automation tests
• Build and maintain scalable automation frameworks for web applications
• Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines
• Perform cross-browser, cross-platform, and responsive UI testing
• Validate enterprise workflows and data migration applications
• Perform defect analysis, root cause analysis, and collaborate in defect triaging
• Generate test reports, dashboards, and release readiness summaries
• Leverage AI-powered QA tools for test planning, test case generation, automation, and defect analysis
Required Skills:
• Strong programming skills in Java, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with Cypress and Playwright
• Experience in building automation frameworks using TestNG (Data-Driven, Hybrid, BDD)
• Experience with API testing and automation using Postman, REST Assured, or similar tools
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, DOM, REST APIs, and browser debugging
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins
• Familiarity with Git, Jira, and Xray
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
• Basic knowledge of Linux commands and cross-platform environments
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with enterprise SaaS or Data Migration products
• Exposure to performance testing tools
• Understanding of ETL workflows, database migration, and large-scale data validation
• Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in Agile environments
