Develop strategic relationships with global accounts, EPCs, and process licensors to drive adoption of Fisher control valve solutions. Drive technical sales and customer relationships for Fisher control valves: support specification influence, provide technical guidance, lead trainings, support project pursuits, optimize pricing and coordinate with global and local sales teams to increase adoption and customer satisfaction.

Manages the complete lifecycle of technical project documentation, including preparation, revision control, customer submissions, transmittals, approvals, and Manufacturing Record Books. Provides technical leadership and advanced application engineering for severe-service control valve solutions across the Middle East and Africa. Supports sales teams and customers with technical, pricing, troubleshooting, quotations, training, project execution, product gap identification, and product roadmap development. Collaborates with engineering, product, marketing, factories, EPCs, and end users to drive sales, improve specifications, ensure clean order execution, and deliver cost-effective Fisher solutions while maintaining trade compliance.

Support international EPC and headquarters engineering teams for safety relief valves and gas regulators: review RFQs/specs, size/select products, prepare technical proposals and datasheets, align with standards (API/ASME/ISO), provide technical training, coordinate with manufacturing and global teams, track pipelines in CRM, and support pursuit-to-execution handovers.

Validate incoming commercial and technical orders against specifications and internal data, ensure option compatibility, create/update product structures and request part setups. Raise internal requisitions, respond to factory queries, coordinate large project orders, act as checker before release, mentor staff, implement process improvements, and assume manager duties when absent.

The Application Engineer II designs and selects products, prepares techno-commercial offers, supports sales, and provides technical support for projects.

Lead quality initiatives, improve QMS compliance, mentor teams, monitor quality metrics, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure high standards in manufacturing.

Manage Inside Sales business and team, prepare engineering solutions for control valves, train engineers, and optimize project workflows.

Directs environmental, occupational health, and workplace safety programs at a manufacturing site. Responsibilities include factory inspections, incident investigations, risk assessments, machine and contractor safety, emergency preparedness, regulatory compliance, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems, audits, sustainability initiatives, employee training, and EHS reporting.

Manage HR and site administration for a manufacturing facility: coordinate leadership visits, oversee facilities and vendor/contracts, support talent acquisition and employee lifecycle, administer payroll/HCM and attendance, run learning, performance and engagement programs, ensure labor law compliance and accurate employee documentation.

Manages the distribution, logging, tracking, reporting, and controlled submission of project documentation. Prepares document registers and transmittals, attends documentation meetings, follows up with customers and factories, reviews comments, uploads files to business and customer portal systems, and maintains incoming and outgoing records in SharePoint. Provides timely status updates to project managers while ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with documentation requirements.

Lead strategy to secure preferred specification status across global engineering centers by influencing engineering teams, developing account playbooks, delivering technical training, coordinating with global account managers, overseeing vendor qualification and frame agreement utilization, and managing a distributed team while tracking CRM-driven pipeline and specification-to-order conversion.

Lead data strategy and knowledge management for Flow Controls: document data sources/flows, liaise between business and BI/EDW teams, prioritize requests, oversee agile delivery, maintain a data catalog, and advise on ETL/EDW/Power BI architectures to support reporting and analytics.

Review customer purchase orders and create accurate Bills of Materials for manufacturing.
