As a Business Analyst, you will gather business requirements, create specifications, manage product backlogs, and provide user support for CPQ applications.

Coordinate shipping, warehousing, dispatch and invoicing for MEA PRM customers. Manage shipping documentation, Incoterms, trade compliance coordination, GRN and invoicing timelines, export proofs, inventory reconciliation, and support cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

Prepare accurate, competitive quotations and proposals for pressure relief valves and regulators, ensure fast turnaround on quotes and order screening, coordinate with business managers and factories to meet delivery and profitability targets, maintain customer relations, and provide reporting and ad-hoc analysis support.

Drive industrial automation sales in assigned region: manage and retain customers, develop new accounts via OEMs/distributors, solution selling, market engagement, CRM-driven customer connects, and cross-BU product sales to grow bookings.

The Inside Sales Engineer evaluates tender documents, prepares proposals, ensures compliance with industry standards, and communicates with stakeholders while managing project orders.
