The role covers operational resilience, business continuity, cybersecurity, third-party risk, incidents, and regulatory submissions under the CBUAE framework. The position is primarily remote from India, supports a UAE office, and requires occasional travel to the UAE.

Own the product strategy and roadmap for freight commercial workflows, including quoting, rating, pricing, and booking across air and ocean freight. Translate logistics domain expertise into enterprise product requirements, partner with engineering, design, commercial, and go-to-market teams, conduct customer discovery, define success metrics, and drive products through launch and iteration.
