Manage daily ERP-based operations, including data entry, validation, invoicing, billing, basic accounting, workflow coordination, reporting, documentation, and process compliance. Support ERP implementation, customization, user assistance, and issue resolution using Zoho applications and Tally. Coordinate with internal teams while maintaining accurate operational records and generating reports. The role requires strong data management, analytical, communication, problem-solving, and Excel skills.

Leads B2B software sales initiatives, develops new business, manages key accounts, builds sales pipelines, conducts demonstrations, negotiates contracts, and achieves revenue targets. The role also mentors sales staff, reviews performance, maintains CRM records, analyzes market trends, and coordinates with implementation and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Supports software development, application customization, testing, debugging, troubleshooting, ERP/CRM implementations, client requirement analysis, documentation, and cross-functional project execution. The role requires foundational programming, database, SQL, and web technology knowledge, along with strong Hindi and English communication skills. Candidates should hold a relevant bachelor’s degree and demonstrate analytical ability, teamwork, adaptability, and attention to detail.
