Support regional HRBPs on day-to-day HR execution across global teams: handle employee inquiries, run HR programs (performance, comp, onboarding/offboarding), maintain HRIS data, leverage AI tools for efficiency, track open items, and coordinate with global HR colleagues to ensure consistent HR delivery.

Serve as primary HR partner for APAC, supporting full employee lifecycle, compliance with local labor laws, HRIS and payroll coordination, recruitment, performance cycles, employee relations, reporting HR metrics, and regional engagement initiatives.
