The HR Generalist will oversee employee lifecycle management, employee relations, payroll coordination, insurance management, and compliance audits, ensuring adherence to HR policies and Indian Labor Laws.

Manage HRIS administration, onboarding/offboarding, payroll inputs, and APAC compliance. Support hiring, employee relations, documentation, audits, and collaborate with global HR and vendors to maintain audit-ready records.
