Administer and support finance systems (Workday, OneStream), manage user support requests, maintain and validate end-to-end data flows and integrations, develop report specifications, assist with system/UAT testing and month-end close, and support governance, documentation, and process standardization across finance systems.

Design, develop, and support enterprise AI solutions: lead AI solution design, build prompts/workflows, implement RAG, integrate AI platforms with corporate applications, deploy/manage AI services on Azure, administer Azure AI Foundry, troubleshoot tickets to SLA, and lead platform upgrades and documentation.
