Own global apparel procurement strategy, supplier negotiations, RFPs, clean-sheet costing, buy-plan approvals, and cost-reduction initiatives. Partner with sourcing, materials, merchandising, production, and technology teams to improve margins, ensure supply continuity, optimize upstream material procurement, and develop AI-enabled procurement processes. The role also drives supply-chain value creation through verticalization, volume consolidation, commodity strategies, and transparent pricing across international manufacturing partners.

Own factory-based product development for bedding, coordinating timelines, samples, testing, approvals, documentation, vendor handoffs, production readiness, and launch support. Partner cross-functionally with merchandising, sourcing, fit, technical development, materials, QA, creative, and vendors. Drive accelerated development cycles, resolve issues on-site, maintain accurate tracking systems, and manage frequent travel to sourcing regions and factories.
