Provides inbound customer support for U.S.-based Maersk customers, handling questions about bookings, shipments, documentation, charges, contracts, and general services. Manages customer cases, supports onboarding, documents interactions, resolves routine issues, and escalates complex matters. The role requires clear communication, multitasking, accuracy, empathy, and adherence to service-quality standards while collaborating with internal teams.

Supports Maersk customers after onboarding through customer channel management, case management, relationship support, contract and dispute management, and related administrative and operational tasks. Processes and maintains landside surcharge filings for truck, rail, and other transport movements. Ensures accurate pricing, regulatory compliance, documentation, audit trails, and error resolution within AFLS. Supports reporting, analysis, stakeholder queries, process improvement, and collaboration with revenue management and adjacent teams. Requires strong commercial shipping knowledge, analytical and communication skills, attention to detail, Microsoft Office proficiency, and flexibility for rotational shifts and weekends.

Manage accounting operations across general ledger, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. Responsibilities include journal entries, reconciliations, invoicing, cash application, invoice processing, payments, trial balance finalization, financial reporting, audit schedules, internal controls, master data maintenance, and month-end close activities using Navision, Business Central, and OneStream.

Supports day-to-day logistics customer experience and administrative operations, including customer channel and case management, onboarding, relationship support, documentation, system updates, file management, operational finance, and exception handling. Resolves routine customer queries, maintains accurate records, follows standardized procedures, collaborates with internal stakeholders, and escalates complex issues appropriately while supporting supply chain operations.
