Manage ocean shipping documentation within a fast-paced logistics operation. The role requires understanding ocean documentation processes, prior shipping or supply chain experience, stakeholder collaboration, teamwork, customer focus, and flexibility to work the 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST night shift.

Supports customer retention and loyalty by monitoring business outcomes, driving adoption and value, resolving challenges, coordinating internal teams, managing contracts and tenders, supporting sales activities, communicating service changes, and maintaining customer relationship health. The role also handles escalations, reporting, training, special projects, and account support while working night shifts in the office five days per week.

Manages daily Equipment Maintenance & Repair operations, including KPI and SLA performance, workflow, vendor queries, invoice disputes, container repair processes, stakeholder relationships, reporting, compliance controls, and continuous improvement. Leads teams, supports resource planning, analyzes operational trends, drives process standardization, and contributes to audits, special projects, transformation, and automation initiatives.

The role requires expertise in ocean freight pricing, tariffs, surcharge systems, contract products, and logistics processes, with five days per week working from the office.

Manage indirect tax audits and submissions, represent the company before tax authorities, prepare and review supporting data and memos, track audit deadlines and risks, liaise with internal stakeholders and external consultants, and support tax controversy and compliance improvements.

Monitor and resolve operational exceptions, system errors, and workflow issues across Lead Logistics platforms. Investigate IDOC, PO, SO, invoice, and workflow problems, perform root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, support deployments, identify automation opportunities, and maintain SLAs, reporting, and compliance.

Coordinate ocean, air, and inland freight shipments, including documentation, tracking, customs compliance, carrier bookings, and customer updates. Manage relationships with carriers, brokers, and logistics providers while monitoring performance, resolving service issues, maintaining system visibility, and identifying process improvements. Ensure operations meet customer experience standards, KPIs, cost targets, and international trade requirements.

Supports logistics customer experience through customer channel management, case management, onboarding, relationship management, contract and dispute support, and administrative or operational tasks. Works within established processes, resolves routine issues independently, escalates non-routine problems, and provides specialized support to logistics operations.
