Build conversational AI solutions (NLU/NLP, intent identification, LLMs), integrate telephony (SIP/TDM), cloud AI services, databases (SQL/NoSQL), CRM and RPA systems, and external services via RESTful APIs using Java/Python/NodeJS/C++.

Lead frontend architecture and modernization for React applications: define coding standards and reusable components (Hooks, Context API, Redux Toolkit); design API contracts and secure auth flows (OAuth, JWT) with Java backends; optimize performance (bundle sizes, code-splitting, lazy loading); enable CI/CD and automated tests (Jest, Cypress); implement containerization (Docker, Kubernetes); and mentor/lead cross-functional and offshore teams.

Lead requirements elicitation, document BRDs/FRDs, translate business needs into user stories, support Agile ceremonies, facilitate UAT, and align solutions across manufacturing and CRM stakeholders for successful delivery and process optimization.

Design and develop scalable data-driven solutions and pipelines using Python and SQL. Leverage Azure data services to build secure, high-performance architectures, ensuring data integrity, governance, and overall success of data projects.
