Design, develop, and maintain enterprise web applications using Oracle APEX and modern web technologies. Build and optimize complex SQL/PLSQL, configure ORDS and web servers, integrate RESTful APIs with ERP and third-party systems, enforce security and role-based access, troubleshoot performance, and document solutions while collaborating with stakeholders.

Lead end-to-end delivery of IVR projects: gather requirements, translate to technical specs, manage integrations with CRM/APIs/databases, coordinate stakeholders and vendors, run UAT, and ensure on-time production rollouts while following SDLC and change management.
