The architect applies Appian best practices, supports Appian 22.X and newer, manages external-system integrations, and works with embedded SAIL and Appian Portals.

Design and implement Appian BPM solutions including process design, SAIL form development, expression rules, integrations (SOAP/REST), plugins, records/reports, CDTs, CI/CD deployments, debugging, test planning, and database interaction. Ensure role-based access and follow Appian best practices across Appian 22.x+ environments.

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Microsoft Power Platform applications, including secure Power Pages portals, Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Dataverse solutions. Build scalable data models, business rules, integrations, authentication, and custom web functionality using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Liquid, and Bootstrap. Collaborate with analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions, while producing design, deployment, documentation, and knowledge-transfer materials.

Leads process excellence consulting and business transformation initiatives within customer service operations. Identifies and mentors Six Sigma and Lean projects, conducts value stream and process mapping, ensures ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 27001 compliance, and drives continuous improvement. Promotes Six Sigma practices, mentors Green Belt trainees, recommends delivery model enhancements, and manages large-scale transformation engagements. Collaborates with cross-functional teams and provides recommendations to senior management.

Build and support DevOps capabilities using Kubernetes, AKS, Azure, Git, ARM templates, scripting, CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Ansible Tower, and Terraform. Apply container orchestration, networking, and Agile methodologies to automate and manage cloud infrastructure and software delivery.
