Partners with stakeholders and Accounting to align reporting, supports audits, calculates incentive compensation, and identifies risks and opportunities. The role also improves reporting efficiency through automation and analytics while recommending corrective actions to achieve financial targets.

Owns end-to-end HR operations, employee lifecycle management, payroll coordination, total rewards, statutory compliance, HR systems, and workforce reporting. The role administers HR policies, employee benefits, records, payroll inputs, tax activities, audits, and compliance filings while improving HR service delivery. It also develops dashboards and analyzes workforce trends to provide leadership with actionable insights. The position partners with business leaders, Finance, vendors, and government bodies in an office-based Chennai environment with occasional local travel.

Leads data governance requirements gathering, process mapping, data quality assessments, issue triage, root cause analysis, policy implementation, and change impact assessments. Partners with data owners, stewards, custodians, IT, developers, and data engineers to standardize data management practices and improve data quality. Also evaluates governance tools, develops training materials, delivers stakeholder presentations, and coordinates remediation efforts.

Create sales-ready marketing content and digital assets, including product one-pagers, presentations, commercial visuals, and adapted sales and digital materials. Translate voice-of-customer insights and critical-to-quality inputs into customer-friendly messaging, use approved templates to produce reusable content, and maintain an organized content library with version control.
