Responsible for preparing fund operational reports for Single-Family Residential JV investors on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. Maintaining an accurate inventory of reports, evaluating and clarifying investor requests, monitoring report performance, and identifying data discrepancies. Providing support to team members and maintaining portfolio statistics for corporate presentations.

The Associate will assist the Manager with most aspects of the accounting department including management of the different teams within the group. Responsibilities include managing the closing process, projects, year-end, and filings requirements, reviewing work completed by the team for accuracy, ensuring the Controller is informed of important changes, managing employee growth and development, maintaining good relationships with other teams, and making independent judgments on a daily basis.

Support the transaction management team by reconciling property data, coordinating property title due diligence, and managing collateral activities. Coordinate broker price opinion process, review settlement statements, and provide daily liquidity snapshots to leadership teams. Enhance client communication, identify process improvements, and ensure accurate information delivery under tight deadlines.
