Manage end-to-end technical-commercial proposals for comminution spare parts and modernization projects. Coordinate with sales, engineering, sourcing, and planning to define scope, cost, and lead times; interpret drawings and technical documents; standardize templates and track proposal KPIs; support customer technical clarifications; ensure compliant, version-controlled handover to execution teams and continuous improvement of proposal processes.

Design and develop large thickening equipment for mining: create and validate 3D models and drawings in SolidWorks, prepare manufacturing documentation and BOMs, perform mechanical calculations and design reviews, optimize for manufacturability, support fabrication and site teams, and coordinate with production, procurement, and quality.

Provide L2 workplace support in a shift-based 24x5 model: troubleshoot and resolve complex end-user and collaboration incidents across Microsoft 365, Active Directory, SCCM/Intune, printing, and Teams Rooms. Drive incident and problem management, coordinate with L3 teams and vendors, execute complex changes, maintain runbooks and knowledge bases, and contribute to monitoring, automation, and service improvements.

Provide L3 technical authority for Oracle EBS platform services: troubleshoot and resolve critical incidents, lead root-cause analysis, govern platform standards and changes, manage releases and patching, engage vendors, support security/compliance, mentor L2 engineers, and drive service improvement and lifecycle activities.

Provide L2 platform support across cloud, virtualization, servers, databases, backup, and monitoring in a 24x5 shift model. Monitor alerts, troubleshoot incidents, perform maintenance, execute approved changes, coordinate with vendors and teams, maintain runbooks, and contribute to service improvement and handovers.
