Collaborates with clients, developers, testers, and support teams to design secure equivalent Java-Db2 environments and simulate enterprise security configurations.

Own the end-to-end compiler architecture for Software AG’s JOPAZ product. Define how COBOL semantics map to the JVM, ensure behavioral correctness, drive JVM performance, establish optimization strategy, and guide the long-term technical roadmap. The role collaborates across product teams, including mainframe connectivity, while mentoring engineers and growing into technical and people leadership.
